Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders through UPS and FedEx.
Both Standard and Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Destination ZIP code

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method (Standard or Expedited)

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose:

  • Standard Shipping – varies by ZIP code

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • UPS or FedEx

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Customs processing

  • Any circumstances outside our control

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates are provided directly by UPS or FedEx and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, the order is considered complete.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist as much as possible.
However, please note that we do not offer refunds or returns.

For lost packages, customers must open a claim directly with UPS or FedEx.
